We process orders Monday to Saturday, but ship out orders Monday to Friday. Unless Stated otherwise on our Instagram Page or Whatsapp during Big Promo. Lagos orders takes 1-3 (7- 20 during sales/promos) working days, Outside Lagos and outskirts of Lagos takes 2-5 (7- 20 during sales/promos) working days, international orders takes 3-7 (7- 25 during sales/promos) working days once order ships. It takes 1-3 working days to process order.

If DHL cannot Locate your address or not deliver to you as a result of not being able to reach you, you will have to pick up your order from their nearest location. In situation where they return your package you will pay to reship to you.
We cannot make a refund for the goods or shipping fee paid.

All Orders not paid for are cancelled after 24hrs, however if you made payment and products and prices are still available we will process your order and ship. In situation where product prices have changed or out of stock, we can not make a refund. You will need to pay the balance or change your order.
Order not yet shipped can be canceled, however we won't make a refund, if payment have already been made, you can reorder another product. However, If it has shipped, you must refuse the package when it arrives, shipping expenses will be covered by you. If you intend changing order, you can do so with the balnce left from your previous order after shipping exchange fee has been deducted.
We accept returns of incorrect order or we sent a defective product. No returns after 3 days of receipt whatsoever. If the wrong order has been opened or used, we cannot accept it. Reach us immediately at shandynaturals@gmail.com for returns.
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If we cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund.
We do not refund after a payment has been made, unless we don't have the products ordered, then a full refund will be made. However you can make an exchange, or remove a particular product and add another to sum up to your previous payment .
We cannot guarantee that all products will be consistent in appearance, color or typical odor from one batch to another, as this may be within the manufacturer’s tolerance for a particular product.
